The spelling is ‘Massachusetts’….

Is that hospital in Canada really good? I don’t know much about medicine, as you can probably tell :T I always wanted to be a paediatrician, but when my dad bought me a computer when I was 16, everything changed πŸ˜‰

Yeah, it’s got an amazing reputation, supposed to be one of the greatest hospitals in the world in which to learn paediatrics… There’s loads of competition to get in, but I figure I stand as much chance as anyone right?! It’s a longstanding dream of mine, wanted to be a doctor since I was 5, and now in my 4th year of medical school nothing’s changed…

Wow.. I say go for it! I wanted to be a paediatrician since about 5 or 6 too, but somehow to distracted with computers, hehe. But I’d still LOVE to study medicine cos it’s so fascinating..

Since you’re in 4th year, mind if I ask you something (I know you probably get that a lot!)? How many litres of water should one drink a day? And is it normal to have an irregular heartbeat? The 2nd question is because I was lying in bed last night and I could hear my heart when I pressed my ear to my pillow (?). And it was IRREGULAR!! I thought hearts went “thump thump thump” regularly but mine went “thump thump….. thump… thump.. thump thump” and so on. I was freaking out and thinking my heart must be acting up or something cos my cholesterol is so high. Is that normal??
