The resturant Shogun I always talk about and LOVE (went there for my bday) is a teppan style resturant. Their food is so unbelievably good..and they have a desert called a fried banana *yum*. To bad you can’t fly to the states and go there lol.

Ohhhhh we have fried banana in Singapore too, love it!! None here in Australia though, I don’t think πŸ™ Geez I wish the restaurant was here so we could go, I *love* Japanese food but it’s really hard finding a nice restaurant to go to. I’m going to check out the one at the hotel and see how that is – hopefully it’ll be nice with nice decor, being in a hotel and all *crosses fingers*

that’s happened to me before when i was new to the whole bus-commute thing. i wasn’t sure where i was supposed to get off so i got off way too far from my intended destination! i had to walk several blocks; AND i was in heels too! (boots actually).
abt teppenyaki; i like to watch that too. i go to mongolian restaurants though; they do the same thing. you give them the raw meat/veggies & they cook it infront of you on that plate; but when i was new to the place, i didn’t pick enough meat and i didn’t know it would shrink significantly when they cooked it. i was still hungry when i finished!

Yeah it sucks being a girl sometimes.. ‘cos guys are *always* in sneakers so they never have problems like that πŸ˜‰
*lol* I’ll remember what you said next time I have mongolian! I know they have a place in Singapore like that, but I don’t think there’s one in sydney.. at least not that I know of. I think I’ll try the teppanyaki restaurant at the hotel, I went to the Chinatown one again today (this time it was actually open!) and it looked kinda dingy.. but it’ll be an option if I can’t find anything else!

I love teppanyaki, well I’ve actually only been there once when I was little. I can still remember the big hot plate and the cook doing all sorts of things. I bet your friends will love it πŸ™‚

Hiya Bev:) Thanks for the e mail. And cograts and all the very best to you in your programmy thingy:)
Hows your feet:) I’m sure a nice hot water soak and a good massage by Chris will make it feel all better:)
Enjoy your BBQ. Post some pics.too.
