i get awful ulcers in my mouth all the time… it is really sad!
i have found that taking Lysine (it is an herbal supplement) helps them heal much faster and if you take it regularly they pretty much don’t come back.

BAH it’s even worse today! My left cheek is actually swollen.. *feels sorry for self*. Sucks cos I have an exam today too 🙁 I hope it gets a little better tomorrow.. thanks for your positive vibes 🙂
