I couldn’t get my bottle of Pepsi open last week and I struggled too much with it and ended up with a chunk out of my hand. It was my left hand so I figured I’d be okay. But no…it’s surprising how much you actually do with the hand you don’t “use”. We should be more careful!

self mutilation tends to be a term used for those who do it purposely. it just seemed misused. i don’t know. just bothered me i guess. i’m going into a hospital program because of that problem. so yeah. oh well.
